COVID-19 : Active Energy Control Ltd. Operational update in support of Customers and Valued Staff

We are currently operating in very uncertain times, but as things stand Active Energy Control Ltd. is open for business as we endeavor to maintain our high standard of service during these unprecedented times 

Our service is enabled by teams of highly skilled staff, engaged daily in key activities of Support, Development & Workshop-Field service.

For the safety of everybody and effective immediately, in accordance with latest national guidelines. This means, all members of staff are changing to working from home with the following result:

  1. Service contract holders will continue to be supported using the online monitoring web tools for alerts and notifications.
  2. Sales and Technical Support in addition to Development activities will continue with home based staff.
    During this period there may be delays in getting in touch via the main office number should a member of staff become ill.

For this reason we request that you continue with direct email communication to your regular contact and you will receive a return phone call where it is necessary.

We ask that all visits are postponed and we encourage the use of remote meeting facilities such as Microsoft Teams or Skype.
